2 Vegetarian restaurants in Madrid

2 Vegertian restaurants I have visited in Madrid, that I recommend to you.

Hello Friends!

The food in Madrid, Spain is full of spice and very tasty!

If you are ever in Madrid, you have to try the food! It is some of the best I have ever had. The spice in the food gives it a unique flavor that is unlike anything I have had before. While I am 90% a vegetarian, I find it hard to maintain this while in a city so full of great tasty foods to eat.

Tapas are also a must-try while in Madrid. They are small plates of food that are usually served with a drink. There is a wide variety of tapas to choose from, so you are sure to find something that you will love. And, best of all, they are very affordable. So, if you are on a budget, tapas are a great option.

Lastly, Madrid is also home to some amazing dessert shops. So, if you have a sweet tooth, you are definitely in for a treat. From churros to flan, there is something to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth.

Let’s get to the 2 restaurants I have visited and that I will recommend for you to try as well, if you are a vegetarian, or just looking for a tasty dish to enjoy.

Mad Mad Vegan

Location : C. de Pelayo, 19, 28004 Madrid, Spain

If you’re feeling adventurous and want to try something new, give plant-based food a go! You might be surprised at how much you enjoy it – and you won’t miss the meat, cheese or fish one bit. Check out this place for some great plant-based meal ideas.

Myself, I had their “original burger” with a side of fries. The dipping sauce was fantastic, and the burger was quite enjoyable as well.

Also, I had a pleasant conversation with the waitress who was more than happy to tell me about a few other cool places I should go to see around the city.

This was a great surprise as well. I had such an amazing time at the falafel place! Everything was perfect – the taste, the size, the price, the service and the cleanliness. Great work all around, and I will definitely be (try to be) back again.

When I came in, the waitress greeted me, and we talked for a moment I did not know what to get, so I ordered 1 with everything. It was a great choice. When I sent to pay, she said, ” Cash, Card or Bitcoin”… Hahaha, that last part she said she was joking about, but for a moment, I was like Heck yes!

After I finished, the waitress and I talked a bit more. She told me about how on Monday she would fly to the USA to visit her parents in NJ. We joked for a little while, and she offered me a dish of the mushrooms.

They were so tasty as well. Hmmmm. I think if this place was close to me, I would get way too fat. hahahah.

In conclusion, the food in Madrid is second to none. There are so many great restaurants to choose from, and the variety of food is amazing. Whether you’re looking for traditional Spanish food or something a bit more international, you’re sure to find what you’re looking for in Madrid.

Thanks for joining me today and I hope you too can try these places. Yumm!

Cheers
