Having driven past this inviting establishment multiple times, I finally decided to give it a closer look during a recent Sunday outing with a friend.

Now, let me not keep you in suspense – while L STAND COFFEE AND TEA is a charming spot, I must confess that it falls short as a place to set up my laptop and work all day. Allow me to elaborate on a few reasons why.
Firstly, upon entering the coffee shop, I couldn’t help but notice the ambient noise level and the echoing walls. Though this lends the place a lively atmosphere, it may not be conducive to focused work. Additionally, the lack of spacious tables and inconveniently placed electrical outlets pose a challenge for those seeking a comfortable working space.
However, there is light at the end of the tunnel! L STAND COFFEE AND TEA boasts a promising second floor that is yet to be fully developed. With the addition of chairs and tables, it holds the potential to become an ideal workspace. Yet, I couldn’t help but notice the shortage of power outlets on the walls, which could potentially hinder productivity.
Setting work-related aspects aside, there is much to appreciate about this coffee haven. The shop’s vintage decor exudes an eclectic charm, transporting you to a bygone era. It’s the kind of place where you can kick back, relax, and enjoy a delightful cup of java – and that’s where L STAND COFFEE AND TEA truly excels.
Speaking of coffee, the brews here are top-notch and come in eye-catching cups. On this particular visit, I opted for their signature coconut coffee, while my friend savored a hot cocoa. And let me tell you, the experience was delightful! To make the most of their “buy 2, get 1 free” deal, I also sampled their black coffee, which I added to my coconut concoction.
The taste and presentation of the coffee were exceptional. Admittedly, the price may lean slightly towards the higher end of the spectrum, but considering the overall experience, it’s worth every dong.
In summary, L STAND COFFEE AND TEA proves to be a wonderful spot for catching up with friends over a cup of exquisite coffee. However, if you’re seeking a location for an all-day work session, it may not be your best bet – at least not at this time. Keep an eye out for updates on the development of their second floor and the addition of more power outlets. It has the potential to become a stellar co-working space!
