Achcha Book Coffee, Danang Vietnam
Hello Freinds,
The Achcha Book Coffee in Danang Vietnam is a charming little coffee shop located in the heart of Danang. Its mission is to provide guests with the best possible coffee experience. They offer a variety of delicious coffees and teas, as well as fresh pastries and sandwiches. The cozy atmosphere is perfect for reading, studying, or simply enjoying a good cup of coffee. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting this place as part of my Learning Vietnamese experience.
The Backstory about why I went.
For the last 2 months, I have been taking Vietnamese classes in an effort to learn this langue a bit better. While I am FAR from the local speaker level, it is helping me see some of how Vietnamese talk.
Why this is included about a coffee shop I went to? Well, the teacher wanted to test our skills in the wilds, so, the school offered to treat us to an outing to work on our speaking skills… the place they picked was the Achcha Book Coffee in Danang Vietnam.
If it had not been for the class, I do not think I would have adventures to this location on my own, but rather just drove past it. However, I am glad we picked that location as it turned out to be very nice.
So today, let’s look at some photos of that location and what it is.

The coffee shop would be easy to miss unless you had it plugged in as your main destination. Located on a side road, in a local community by the Dragon Bridget here, this little gem of a place sits next to a local part and green space.
I believe that a coffee shop should be part of the community. It should be a place where people can gather to chat, relax, and enjoy a good cup of coffee. The coffee shop should be a comfortable place for people to meet and socialize. It should be a place where people can come to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Achcha Book Coffee in Danang Vietnam, I believe is such a place.
The place is a local-styled business, with no AC, but they do have fans moving the air around. While we did go to this shop at 2 pm, it was hot, but not so bad. We enjoyed the time.
Along the walls, there were areas that were decomposed for sitting and feeling the vibe. I think it would be a nice “Check-in” location for any blogger or influencer to use.
If you don’t know a check-in location is a place where you can take a hot selfie and check in on social media. This is usually a place that is popular on social media, and people will often take photos of themselves in front of it.
Here is the owner behind the bar. She was quite nice and a friend of the teacher. We got to talk for a little bit, she seemed very nice.
A coffee shop is only as good as its owners and wait staff. If the people running the show aren’t friendly, the whole experience suffers. That’s why I always make sure to patronize establishments where the people are happy to see me. It makes all the difference in the world.
They offer a few other selections of jams and delights for the senses. IDK, lately, I have been feeling “BIG”, so I had to abstain from the sweet to better meet the demands of my body to not feel so big.
The flowers on the counter were also quite nice to explore with the lens of a camera.
When it comes to class and charm, flowers are definitely the way to go! They can brighten up any space and add a touch of elegance that is sure to impress. Whether you choose to go with a classic bouquet or something a little more unique, flowers are always a great option when you want to add a bit of extra flair to your shop.
More vibing, the fan, the bookcase… all have the traditional Vietnamese feel to them.
How important is a coffee shop’s vibe? Most people would say it’s pretty important. After all, who wants to hang out in a place that feels boring or uptight? A coffee shop needs a good vibe to be cool. There are a few things that can make or break a coffee shop’s vibe. One is the music. If it’s too loud, it can be overwhelming. If it’s too soft, it can be too boring. The perfect mix of music can really set the tone for a coffee shop.
The music selection at Achcha Book Coffee in Danang Vietnam was nice, not too loud, and sorta blended into the background.
More guests sat outside than inside, enjoying the plaza and shade of the trees in the afternoon heat.
For me, the perfect coffee shop is a place where I can relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee. It should be a place where I can sit down and chat with friends or read a book. The atmosphere should be cozy and inviting, and the coffee should be delicious.
This is the WC (Bathroom). Why did I take a photo of it, IDK, just looked nice with the fringe and flower art, like that era was considered and thought about as well.
Stepping back outside, you can see the other side of the plaza. In the distance is a bit of play space for kids and adults.
In conclusion, the coffee shop is a great place to relax, read a book, and drink some delicious coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the coffee is top-notch. If you’re ever in Danang, be sure to check out Achcha Book Coffee!
Thank you for reading and see you soon!
